Before you place an order, you need to know these particulars about your shipment:

1. Residential neighborhood or a commercial/business area;
2. Whether there is a loading dock at the pick up/delivery address, or if you need a lift-gate;
3. The class-code or NMFC code of the product you’re shipping;
4. Hours of operation at both locations (pick up and delivery); and
5. Full contact information at both locations.
